Groups are all about loving what your members love - from there long-lasting engagement follows
Community building is at the heart of my mission, and the key task for any community
manager is to define a strategy for how to bring people together. Whether you plan to build
a community or currently need an existing one managed, you must identify the mission, goals and
success criteria and establish guidelines to support that community - bringing people together learn and belong to a place of value; value that enhances their lives through shared experience. And this makes great business sense! People engaged with you, your brand and products in your group are going to help you convert people who are joining in 'evaluation phase'. They become advocates. And you provide a direct connection between other users and your team - and that relationship can inform all sorts of customer experience/journey development, product development and indeed people ready and eager to buy your next related product/service.

This is what I do - pull all of this together either on a coaching basis or 'done for you'. I am a Facebook Group Management Agency in Glasgow, serving the world and proud of the amazing work my clients' groups do and the difference they make.

Let's chat and see what we can create together - you'll be surprised at how much things can and will change!

Neil magically appeared just when I needed him most - I was entirely bogged down and baffled by the tech of my Facebook group (around my book, B1 Therapy) when I wanted to spend time with the community. Whilst I knew why I had my Facebook, Neil structured it all the right way so that group members got maximum value and help, finding information they needed as quickly as possible. He then helped me develop a mission statement, group rules and other things that have increased engagement and membership. I am delighted and I am no longer afraid of the tech!

Neil Gowans
Founder & Principal Consultant
I am a Facebook certified Community manager, managing several of my own Facebook groups with a total membership in excess of 30,000 (which means I practice what I preach!). I am also a UK & Ireland Power Admin (know as a 'Padmin') - an invitation-only recognition from Meta (Facebook).

There are only around 25,000 community managers worldwide and 6,500 Power Admin (in the UK and Ireland). I’ve been trained by Facebook so that engaged and interactive groups can be developed - ones that Facebook can share to new users organically (it’s a strategic imperative for groups to do well). From strategy to mission to value to engagement to feedback to conflict resolution - there’s a lot to managing and growing a Facebook group.

As a facebook management agency in Glasgow, I can guide you through this through my 1:1 coaching - or I can do it for you.

My Power Admin status means I get to see beta Facebook group features long before they are launched which means I can get your group and community ready for the changes, making the transition easy and painless.

I am a sought-after CRM specialist with decades of experiences working with customer and operational processes - mostly working with the world’s leading airlines (over 70 of them, with over 80 workshops undertaken).

Some background information - I am a musician too! Not only that but I am married to Betsy Taylor, a distinguished professional cellist who is Associate Principal of the Royal Scottish National Orchestra and also lectures at the Royal Scottish Conservatoire (RCS). I was classically trained on the piano from the age of 4 and now have a wonderful Roland-only studio (Fantom 8, Jupiter-X and over a dozen more! You can't ever have too many, right?!) all going through Ableton 11 Suite or Sibelius.

I have three children, Jocelyn and Lewis who are well on their way in successful adult life and Gemma, 14, who studies cello at the RCS is a member of the RSNO Junior Chorus.

Here's How We Can Work Together
If your group is important to you, it's important to me - and together we'll make sure that people love being part of your value-driven community - and tell others about it (that's where the organic growth happens!).

Not only is Neil lovely to work with but he is also incredibly knowledgeable in this field; he's a musician so he gets me and my community - I fully trust him and his guidance and I am absolutely blown away by what he has achieved for me in such a short space of time. He doubled my email engagement within a month. Neil is the most organised person I have ever worked with; he's forward thinking and ahead of the game and I look forward to working with him more throughout the coming months and further into the future.”

We were keeping track of clients via PostIt notes and Google Sheets. When I lost a several thousand dollar client bc they fell through the cracks, I decided to purchase Flowlu, but I was overwhelmed by all the customizations. I already had enough on my plate, and I needed to implement a CRM ASAP - I didn't have time to master another powerful software!! Then I hired Neil. He did a thorough assessment of our business and learned our unique processes so that he could build sales funnels and project workflows that work for me. He helps maintain our CRM, and clients are no longer falling through the cracks. The best practices and automations he implemented for us have nearly doubled our income in one year's time.
