Meet and greet
This is where we chat over everything so that you understand the process. We talk about any dependencies or specific points of note. I get to know your business and the problems you want to solve with your Flowlu - it's important that I understand your motivations and objectives for your client and lead management. If you feel you don't want to go ahead I will refund you the 25% deposit in full. If you want to proceed we move on to Step 3😊

I send you a capture document
This can be online or via an editable PDF- whichever you prefer, you will use it to capture the configuration you need for your Flowlu. You return the completed document to me (or press the submit button!) and I come back to you if there's anything that needs clarification. The capture document also lists all the things I will need from you like added to your Flowlo and logos - for example.

I get to work
I invoice you 40% of the fee and then on receipt of funds, I get to work building out your Flowlu as per your config document.

Completion and up, up and away!
Once you agree it's all working the way you like, I invoice you the remaining 50%. We can then have a handover meeting so that you feel comfortable taking over the pilot's seat and then you're good to fly solo! iIf you selected the maintenance plan, then think of me as your parachute - ready and there when needed.

How to set up font:

  • Go to Site Settings → Fonts and Colors → Basic Fonts
a. Choose Playfair Display as Heading Font Family Name
b. Save changes

a. Open the downloaded folders Prompt → Prompt-Regular.ttf and Great_Vibes → GreatVibes-Regular.ttf.
b. Convert TTF/OTF file to WOFF (you can use this tool CloudConvert)
c. Go to Site Settings → Fonts and Colors → Custom Settings → Your Own Font → Upload Font Files
d. Upload Prompt-Regular to EXTRABOLD and GreatVibes-Regular to BLACK.
Under "Font Name," enter custom name for the font, e.g., My Fonts. Save changes.
e. In Site Settings → Fonts and Colors → Your Own Font, assign My Fonts as Body Text Font Family Name.
f. Save changes


Save changes. Done!
