Neil Gowans
Founder & Principal Consultant
I’m Neil Gowans and I’ve spent the past 20 years perfecting the science of customer engagement and email marketing by working with companies like Royal Scottish National Orchestra, Roland, Glasgow String Quartet, Qantas, Etihad Airways, EasyJet, Rockwell Collins and many more. I also work with a huge array of diverse businesses from nails/lashes to music academies to SEO consultants to photographers.
I’ve taken the process-orientated CRM strategies I developed when working for big-budget brands and redesigned them into a customer engagement and connection system that any business, with any size budget, can use.
Using my OBVI-US Eco-System, I’ll show you the strategies of an $80K CRM system - for a fraction of the cost.
Oh, and I'm a bit obsessed with CRM process best practice!
Twenty years doing this has taught me that no matter the size of your business, developing real and ongoing relationships with your own community is at the heart of every sustainable engagement.
Now - more than ever - with more and more people turning to online solutions (and expecting slick and quick experiences), this is the time to connect to you audience through a meaningful strategy.
I’ll show you exactly how to create winning strategies - so that it's OBVI-US.
And in a way that makes sense for your client community.
(and without the $80K price tag!)
Oh - and I'm excited to be developing a Flowlu course just now - more of that another time!
Some background information - I am a musician too! Not only that but I am married to Betsy Taylor, a distinguished professional cellist who is Associate Principal of the Royal Scottish National Orchestra and also lectures at the Royal Scottish Conservatoire (RCS). I was classically trained on the piano from the age of 4 and now have a wonderful Roland-only studio (Fantom 8, Jupiter-X and over a dozen more! You can't ever have too many, right?!) all going through Ableton 11 Suite or Sibelius.
I have three children, Jocelyn and Lewis who are well on their way in successful adult life and Gemma, 13, who studies cello at the RCS is a member of the RSNO Junior Chorus.
I manage 9 Facebook groups (each one focused on a different bit of Roland gear) and have recently been recognised as a 'Padmin' (Power admin) by Facebook in light of my community building experience.
